some where i belong ...

1 Honesty

When I was a little boy, my father(a teacher in my  village ) told me  the most important and precious character of people is honesty .and i will learn by heart all my life.

I can tell you proudly that i never cheated even once during my campus life. I am what I am  , can not be something else .cheating may "helpful" temporarily but not long, it will suffer me all the time .

2 Solidarity

May be the LOYALTY is more precisely to describe this kind of character. be loyalty to your team ,your company, all the choices you have make .

Solidarity is not stubborn, but faith. a faith that always trust your team, believing what you chose is right. never quitting .

My major is Information Management and i made this choice with careful consideration before i went this campus, but some of students heard about that we might hard to got a job ,and they just transferred to the other major, but i did not .because i am very clear about that the hard time should be came through but not escape form..

23 left students with me working together solidarity, finally we got a "best class" title in 2005-2006term in my campus.  we did it, and we believe that all of us ,the 23 exceptional girls and boys will find jobs which they wanted, and a beautiful life.

3 Communications

The skill of communicate with people bring me a good relationship with the people around . so did the honesty and solidarity. for example, when we got lost in the street, I am the person who lead us out of trouble , for I can talk to almost all kinds of people ,it is easier to leave this problem to me. it does not work. only in few situation.

I was the Head agency of <china campus > magazine in my campus, which means I had to handle the situation between Magazine and Campus. if we planed to organized an propaganda ,firstly I should apply a site from the TUANWEI. not every time that people will get the permit document because of the inefficiency communication, basically, I will. TUANWEI want to know clearly what purpose the site is, when to use it and make sure it is no harmful for campus, even more ,benefit to student. my job is make sure he got what he wanted . besides, when I talk to the TUANWEI , I should watch my tongue, and the way I  describe I purpose, it matters a lot , especially in china.

I have participated in the Global Management Challenge China 2005, and have been awarded the 4^th place of group 23 in the second round of the competition.

This is the best achievement in my campus since first participation in 2003.

5 people from different majors composing a team whose name is hurricane working together for a best. in the game we stimulate a company who have 3 products which been used in everyday life like cellular phone ,TV set ,and car.

what we control is the amount of product and the price ,when to buy the raw materials and at which price , deciding how many machines should be left for further production, and the salary of our workers.

five people in the team have their own fields ,I am responsible for the  marketing .this kind of game requires not only personal talents but also teamwork, we could not make a decision if we still quarrelling each other . in fact , it required more than that . like time ,patient, and sense of honor, because we did it in our spare time , there is no special tuition for us , if any knowledge is needed ,we checked  it on the book or over the internet ,we build several math model to calculate the number…

finally, after 1 month competing with the other school’ team ,we got the 4^th place in 2^nd round , the best team among 17 teams in our school, and best ever since the school have participated.
